The small amount of standing water that was in the pit area is now gone! Barring another 1000 year rain event we should be good to go for the jet meet!
I need your parking or tent request ASAP if you have not already gotten it to me!
We have over 30 pilots from FL to PA headed to the event. Come join the fun!

Gonna be in tip top shape for you guys! I'm chompin' at the bit to get some jets in the air!!
I can still take a tent order if anyone needs one. Cutoff will be mid-next week at latest.
If you want to reserve a powered parking spot please let me know ASAP or it will be first come first served the day of the event.
Come as early in the week as you want. Let me know if before Wednesday though so we can ensure you're taken care of.

Some more details ...
Food: Restaurants nearby. We will cook burgers and fixin's on Friday night for a small nominal fee. Grilled chicken and fixin's for lunch on Saturday for a small nominal fee. Pilots dinner on Saturday night (SC style BBQ and fixin's) at no charge for pilots and small nominal fee for non-pilots.
Hotels: list above in thread.
Awards: Best Scale Performance, Best Sport Performance and Pilot's Choice awards will be given out.
Pilot Drawing: Registered pilots will be automatically entered into a drawing for prize(s).
Misc: There is a 2nd flight line parallel and behind the main runway that is completely clear of the main runway. Bring your small jets and prop planes for flying there and of course night flyers. There are always surprises that pop up at Tiger Field so who knows what else!

Extended weather forecast is looking great ... low to mid 70's for highs, low chance of rain now through the event, and a high chance of FUN being had! If you haven't contacted me for a tent or a parking spot please do! Last call for tents ... let me know by mid-week. You are welcome to show up without reserving a parking spot, but let me know ahead of time and I will take care of you!

Last call for tents! Let me know today if you want one!
We still have a few powered parking spots remaining. Looking like 35 - 40 or so pilots headed this way. Give me a shout to reserve a parking spot and I'll take care of you. Otherwise, its just fine to show up to the event and we will park you first come first served.

If you reserve a parking spot then it ensures you get one of the parking spots with the 30A power plug. It's $25 for the whole event. You can pay when you arrive, but it's on the honor system that if you reserve it then you will show up.
There are parking spots with no power that are no charge.
See you on Saturday morning! People are arriving as early as Wednesday so feel free to come earlier if you are able to.
