Thankyou very much for sharing the great videos Islander. Great memories of a wonderful weekend. Those of you that didn't attend the Fall Jet Classics event.. You really missed out. A spectacular flying site. A really good bunch of guys and non stop flying… This was like a dream event to me. Thanks to Bob B and the rest of the club members who made us Horizon guys feel welcome and enjoy our time at your lovely facility. Looking forward to next year already… ( Make sure you have a bigger tent

I would like to say Thank you Bill Beach for building the most amazing flying field!!! Bob B you and the club members just did a fantastic job with this event and would like to thank you very much for having us and cant wait till next year!!! like always Keith Yates and his wife Hit It out of the park on the BBQ dinner!!!!

Thanks Bob , Ken and the whole gang for a fantastic weekend a special thanks to Bill Beech for building such a fabulous place to fly. I was truly impressed with the field . I met some great guys and just had a first class time

It was an awesome weekend of unlimited opportunity to fly....had several sorties on my new Hawker Hunter.....one was particularity exciting when ONE of the landing flaps became disconnected on the base leg. That wasn't sufficient had to do a 360 & perform another recovery from a rolling nose dive on base before deciding it was best to land in the beautiful well groomed grass with the operative flap up...NO DAMAGE.
A perfect example of this beautiful facility being so well planned & maintained that it is very kind to a host of mishaps ! ! !
A note of appreciation to Bill Beech(sp) the developer & owner of this outstanding complex.
Also many thanks to Bobby B & Crew for there fine tuned organization as well as my 2 local buddies Jerry Bowling & Kent Stroud for their helping hands.
Lets do it again in June, OK?
