An informal get-together with Jet Pilots. There is no cost, just come out and have fun!
75 X 4900 feet of blacktop runway. Indoor bathroom facilities available.
We’ve got a couple guys committed to come already. If you’re interested, just reply in this thread so we have an estimation of the number of pilots.

Hey All-
The weather is looking excellent for flying this coming weekend! It looks like it's going to be Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (1/2 day), as that's the best weather days and when everyone can make it. We're looking at 6 mph winds with possible gusts to 10. Sunny, but not too hot both days.
@Style fly - as for overnight hangers, I can't say for sure since this is an informal fun fly and I don't have keys! Jack/Rich, can either of you comment?

A quick update, there will be over night parking of jets in the aircraft hanger. This will be for storage ONLY, if charging is required the jet will need to be watched or charged with the use of an extension cord so that charging can take place outside of the hanger,
Rich has also asked me to remind all that are coming that you check to make your fire extinguishers are in good order, this is just a reminder in light of some seen issues at other events.

Yes it is looking good, the weather that is. Just a quick note the date for the informal get-together with Jet Pilots is now July 31 to August 2, and this is only due to what looks to be a stiff wind on Thursday. If there was anyone that was planning on coming on Thursday I hope that you read this thread early enough to see that we dropped off Thursday.
