Default Super jet south 2015

Its that time again for one of the best pilot events in the south! We will be updating information about the event on the club website and RCU. The Event dates are September 24-27 with flying from dawn till dusk. A pilots award dinner Saturday night. A pilot give away and raffle.

If you would like to reserve a tent please follow the link on the Georgia Jets website www.georgiajets.org OR you can e-mail the request to [email protected] OR you can respond here. The tent prices are listed below,

20x20 $350.00
20x40 $475.00
30x30 $600.00

If you would like sides for your tent they are $2.00 a linear foot, tables are also available for $10.00 ea.

Jet-A and Turbine oil will be available onsite.

While absent last year, we look forward to being back in the same spot as in all previous years. Anita and I will arrive on Tuesday about mid day. Looking forward to parking the motor home and enjoying the "good times" with the GA Jets gang ! Give me a call about the Friday nite Pilots dinner. . .

Looking to make it back, but as a pilot this time.

I would like a 20 x 20 as well. Also, if you know of someone or if anyone would like to pit/share, please contact me.

hey George I am 50/50 going to this event. May have an opportunity to visit a friend in Australia and will know later this month. If the Aussie trip doesn't work out I will pit share with ya.

Assuming you you don't find someone before the 20 th

It looks like we were posting at the same time. I've already been contacted, so we'll have to do the next event. If your trip doesn't work out, I look forward to catching up, it's been awhile!!

Actually make this a 20x40 if possible not sure we will need it but prefer to have the extra space for the guys.

Hey Buck, come on down to GA and fly some jets. This is the greatest event I have ever attended. Facilities are unbelievable. Bring the rest of the Texas gang with you, guarantee you will have fun.

Hey Mike P how far down the line is power available. I hate lugging batteries and haven't purchased a generaror yet. Also, I assume all the covered pit area is taken so any room for a 10x10 EZ UP or is a 20x20 recommended?

Now all I need to do is survive Jet Power and I'll be set.

Hi Buck,
There is room for EZ up's at the end of the rented tent line on either end of the runway. I bet you will be able to find someone willing to share tent space if you put the word out. We do have power around the pavilion and guys do run extension cords short distances but if you plan on pitting with an EZ up its probably going to be a little to far. I might have some room available in our club tent depending on the number of guys that respond. We split the price up between everyone in the tent. I can let you know as we get closer.
