How do I add forums to "My forums"?

How do I add forums to "My forums"?
Just as the title says, what am I missing here? I have gone to account, and forum settings, but there is nothing I can find anywhere to let me add or remove different forums. I want to add the warbirds and gas engines forums to my forums but cannot for the life of me figure out how to do so. Can't understand why it's so difficult.

Never mind, just found it. Once you find it you question how you missed it, but I still question why when I went to the RCU FAQ about "my forums" it leads you on a wild goose chase that never gets you to where you need to be. The FAQ section is about as useful as the RCU search engine.......
