JWM 2015 starts this weekend in Germany
The 2015 JWM starts this weekend with practice and an airshow. I'm heading there tomorrow am for a couple of days to support the single UK entry and offer support to the event.
Great place to catch up with friends, also more time for me to talk business with my many German suppliers than I'll get at JP!
I'll meet some friends from Norway and Germany, anyone else heading there?

Yet again running the event leading up to our National Championships, has surely affected the 'British invasion'
I can only spare a few days as I must prepare for next weekend which is by far the most important UK show for us.
Yep, see you at JP.

Argyris,
Many thanks for posting the opening ceremonies of the Jet world Master in Germany. I look forward to additional videos as the competition progresses. Best wishes and luck to ALL teams that are competing.

First day of competition went well, only one sad flight with Brian from Malta losing his Mig15 shortly before landing. Otherwise pretty good. Will post some pictures when I'm back in England tomorrow.

Andy Andrews in 22nd is great news. The model was badly damaged in practice when his turbine became a flame thrower. Stefan Volker helped rebuild the SG L-39 with an amazing offer of his time to go off and rebuild a wing. Andy rebuilt the machine, fitted a JetCat P-180Rxi and seems to be back in the game. Andy repaid his time with a gift of his boots! I can tell you now these two guys will be friends forever after this event!

Yes, Martin Schemp from Germany moulded it from scratch, thousands of hours work. Thought he was down to win, but his flight was typical Martin...Mach 3 in this case, way way too fast and too much un scale energy! I hope he slows it down in his remaining flights. I saw Philips flight and it was not as crisp as far as aerobatic manoeuvres go, but scale speed and energy was much closer to the full scale.
