Danny, respectfully, in all fairness, the new JR DMSS radio is a completely new design, and it uses the same chipset as the Jeti. Both companies have about the same time on the chipset, both are excellent radios.. Its really about which features one likes..

I flew JR for years as you know.. I decided to make the change for myself.. others mileage may vary..

Pulled my XG14 out of storage and put it in a SM F4. Dang this is a nice radio. I went Jeti after JR tanked and it too is a nice system. The XG14 is much easier to program and I have a great deal of confidence in the DMSS. I hope JR/DFA has the same quality as the old JR. I like a solid RF link much more than gobs of telemetry. Angone using the new DFA receivers? I tried to sell my XG system but couldnt get enuf for it to nustify the loss. Glad I did t sell it.

Are you saying you don’t have a solid RF link with Jeti?

No. I just like DMSS better than FHSS. Better protocol. Ford vs Chevy.

FYI
JR’s DMSS and Jeti use the same Type of RF transmission. Both are “wide band” systems that hop over 16 “channels”.
I believe they may even use the same Atmel RF chipset.

What is it that you like about the DMSS better? You can see the diff between a ford and chevy.

Cant speak to Jeti, but there was more precise feel when going from Futaba FASST to DMSS.
There is also a difference between the JR XG14 and the XG11. The XG11 has twice the resolution of the 14 and it does make it a difference when flying the same plane back to back. Not saying the 14 is slow or deficient, just there is a difference.

Feels solid. 2 yrs ago I flew a 100" sport jet so far away it was a dot. There were 5-6 other jets in the air at the same time. Gave me a lot of confidence in the system.
