Inner design of a kero start plug
Hello guys,
Im looking at a kerop start plug (jetcat instance but i guess it doesnt matter) and im wondering if anybody knows how the ceramic element (heater) works. is it just a resistive element inside a ceramic body?
the plug gets current like any glow plug from the top pin, which goes inside the ceramic body, and then current flown back through the engine's body (ground.
is there a heater / resistor element inside the ceramic body?
a phyisically oriented explaination would be great, if anybody has one.
thanks.
