JMA Long Marston weekend

One of the best weekends this year. The JMA team pulled off great weather and an atmosphere that could not be bettered. Big thanks to Rog, Jamie, Stevie and Dick for doing the hard bits, there was lots of flying, very few incidents in hundreds of flights
It was a pleasure to get a few more maiden flights out of the way and was great to fly my CARF Hawk again yesterday and Derjet Cougar today after a full 12 months collecting dust-I really must re fit the main doors after a clumsy Ginger kicked them off!
Light was great today for shots, Big Geoff's Viper looked fabulous, it was good to see Ian George back enjoying his RAF Xcalibur+ in perfect skies. Leon brought along his static EDF Concord project again, 150A does not give long on from 6s 5000's! now on a JR XG-8 radio I can at least "tweak" the settings! More Bandits on a UK airfield for a very long time, the Ultra Flash still trashed everything in numbers.
Great weekend, can wait for next season!
