hub will send power back to the rx, you verified that the sbd will not, interesting.

Just to clear things up, the SBD-2 will back feed power to the receiver if the shorting pin is used and the power is supplied to aNY of the 8 channels of the SBD-2. The external power slot supply is restricted to the SBD-2 servos only. Makes sense if you think about it.

The SBD-2 comes with what they call a "shorting pin" which you insert into the external power slot if you are not going to use external power.
