Just got valve from DreamWorks. Plugged in and had no airlines hooked up. Went through programming. Power up with button pushed one blinking set down switch pressed button 2 blinks switch to gear up pressed button. Hook airlines up and the test buttons cycle gear but switch does nothing and no air pressure on either side of valve. Can someone give me a clue?
