Well I can see I will need to spend some quality time with the manual when the new Rhino gets here. Hope that is soon!

The manual I posted in post #44 of this thread is the same basic manual for all sizes, just the name and the specific specifications will be the only changes.

Hi Juan,
Saw a picture from Florida Jets of a couple of the new Jet Central SE series turbines. Look great. I placed an order for a new Rhino a couple of weeks ago and was wondering what the delivery interval might look like.

Jet Central has announced the release of a new on board data terminal that will automatically power down after one minute of inactivity.
Also they announced a newly packaged smoke pump module which contains the electronics, pump motor and solenoids.

Another exciting announcement from Jet Central, the development of an Android application to utilize your Android based smart phone with Blue Tooth communications to serve as the HDT.

Juan sent me a video demonstration.
Note the connection failure alarm, Juan said he didn't have his Blue Tooth enabled on his phone when he shot the video demonstration.

Update on the Power Pak SE packaging, back on post #33 Juan posted a photo of the new extruded aluminum SE case that was not anodized black yet, he sent me photos of the case with anodizing, the SE electronics is the same just a new anodized case.

Interesting! I just received my new Rhino 200 SE last week and the Power Pack doesn't look anything like this one. Doesn't say SE and isn't anodized. The turbine does says Rhino 200 SE on it but now wondering if I have the correct Power pack?

Yes, you will have the correct power pack, the one you received is the stamped painted sheet metal version, the extruded Aluminum version is going be on next production run. Same electronics just a different enclosure.
If you look at the manual I posted it has the painted sheet metal version.

I wish they had stayed with a Multiplex battery connector
it would make upgrading an existing plane easier.

Hello Fender
In either of each of the 2 S-Bus ports you can connect HDTs, telemetry, speed sensors etc. and you can use "Y" extensions if you are using more than 2 things
Regards

Nice, I'm finally getting telemetry stuff working with my 18mz, I'm hoping to put a cheetah SE in a viper soon to and hopefully I can get the engine turbine telemetry to work.

Quick question:
Will the Turboprop be receiving the new Bee 80SE as well?
Is the gearbox OK with the increased power output?
I have a brand new Turboprop with the Bee II (7kg) and was wondering what will happen when it gets sent in at 25 hours for its first service
Will it stay a Bee IIKS or will it be upgraded to the Bee 80SE (8kg)
Thanks

Here is a PDF drawing, I forgot to mention, this dimensional outline covers all of the Power Pak's from the Bee to the Mammoth, the difference is the pump on the inside for the smaller turbines, Bee & Rabbit, there is also a fraction less weight for those...not enough to mention...

Great news for all of us Jeti users, Juan just shared a video demo of the new Telemetry working with the Jeti radio.

Note: there is no Audio in the video.

He did not mention when it will be available for sale, I can't wait to get one!
