Where to buy fuel

Ummm....
Not too long ago the EPA sent out a letter to FBO's around the country telling them not to sell aviation fuel across the counter. They were after the guys using it in snowmobiles, jet ski's, race cars etc. But they didn't exempt Jet-A so unless you've got an airplane you will have a difficult time buying Jet-A.
When the local airport cut off my Jet-A access, I went to Kerosene from a local auto fuel distributor. It's about the same price as Jet-A but not as smelly. I can run diesel in my turbines but choose not too since the diesel fuel found in the USA is not nearly the quality of that fuel found in Europe and I don't care for the stink and flames on start up.... lol
Oh, you can also buy Kerosene at Home Depot in five gallon cans. It's a bit more expensive since you have to pay for the can as well.
