We've got two sets of roadies that have left OKC this morning they should be there around 2-3 today. Myself and three others will fly into KJVW Friday morning!
So far the weekend forecast looks spectacular.

You bet amigo not as good as the big eye but not bad for a camera phone. I saw the scorpion fly twice and thought it had a great presence in the air. A pair of P90s for power pushed it along nicely. The Yak130 was equally impressive in addition to the G91 Fiat.
Elite aero sports has a nice array of jets on the line, with a few more still to unload, to include The Leonardo de Caprio? Or simply "The Leonardo" according to Joey Tamez and BobO as they politely corrected me while shaking their head as if to say, yup no surprise you're still single, I politely stare back confused as it surely couldn't be my attire. FYI apparently I'm giving my flying shorts a Viking burial upon return, not sure why my GF deems this necessary.
One year I'm gonna drag you out, even if I gotta send BobO all the way to Scottsdale in his new truck to get you. Im willing to bet plenty of folks would love some ultra high Rez jet pix for their "I love me wall."
hoping for improved forecast fri-sat and a heaping full of mud bugs await yummmmmmm yummmmm goooood
anyhow plenty of of action to come I'm sure others will take pix but I will fill in during the interim.

A tremendous day of non stop flying with wind right down the runway. Some Highlights from today but not all inclusive, hey where's my spotter followed shortly thereafter ....sheet where's my jet!....aT2 buckeye, a gaggle of Tomahawk F86s chased by a Mig15 being chased by a F100, a SM F14, couple Mibo A-10s, a firebird and Kingcat Ricky Bobby style....whoooo weeeeeeeee that's all I gotta say bout that, Norwegian F16 nice work Rex!! Incredibly Gorgeous, and well flown Mud Hen aka F15E, I think 10 rebel pros flying throughout the day, smokin General Dynamic F16, rebel pros, boomers,T38, and last but not least some classic Yellow F18s, nice work Randy and Rob. More great weather waits mañana. Plenty of high quality jets and great food among friends to round out the day, thanks Danno / Doug, in addition to BobO / dawn / Bob Price for breakfast.

Another great family reunion In Mississippi thank you Vernon, Dennis, Michelle and Hinds CC staff for letting us borrow the field again. Non stop flying with some truly outstanding pilots. I can't think of many large ( pilot controlled flight line ) events where you get up to 8 jets in the air and a simple head nod among pilots is universally understood by everyone. Nice work fellas. I look forward to seeing everyone again. Safe traveling.
