I'll be there but that upside down landing will be tricky for me...

Terry, I have a jet rally the same weekend in Houston. Send me registration and I will at least register to support the event.
Looks like I'll be busy in June with three events scheduled

I can't wait to fly from this field. One of the best layouts I've seen. Open space and lots of cover. I'll definitely be there. https://youtu.be/XeuwUJPyqwc

Maybe this will be an easier runway to land on. Not sure why the other picture posted upside down and it won't let me rotate or change it and won't let me delete the post.

I'll be there. One of the best way to show appreciation is to show up and enjoy the things that were provided and thank them in person.

I have seem a few events suffer from lack of vendors and Sponcer's due to lack of support. These events are not cheap for either and without proper attendance/support to our hobby and events they all will be a thing of the past and many future hobbyists will miss out.

Hey Arizcowboy as one of Kingmans neophyte jet enthusiasts I just wanted to thank you for all the effort and help putting together this event something we could not have done without your wonderful help. So thank you

The field is looking fantastic and all the club locals are really getting behind this effort.

As for me I am very excited to debut my Turbine Cadet in both its control modes flying both RC and Controlline The controlline flying of the Cadet the last and final form of its transformations has gone wonderfully well and the change over time between RC and controlline is approaching about 15 minutes.

Here is a link to one of the first controlline flights:

Ya RTK that is the same one that had its first flights on floats (five if I remember correctly) at the London Bridge Float fly last November:

Worked a booth at an Outdoors Adventures show for the club with some jets and others on display last weekend and it seems we may get a pretty good response from the public.

A fly on the wall tells me that proper grandstands from the fairgrounds are due to be moved to the field in a few days for the event

On behalf of Kingman RC Modelers, we'd like to thank Terry Buckley for all the time and work he put into helping us make this event a success! We'd also like to thank all of the pilots and their crews that came out to support our first jet rally in Kingman, AZ. Even though the unusually high temperatures sent many pilots home early, the event still exceeded our expectations and provided us a great learning experience that we can use to make the next one even better! THANKS to everyone involved in making this possible and we hope everyone had a great time despite the heat. We have a facebook page where a bunch of pictures were uploaded and posted of the event...sorry if your plane was excluded, our photographers were avoiding the heat as well! Like our page and send us a message letting us know what you thought of the event, what you liked, and what you think we could do to improve it. THANKS AGAIN! Kingman RC Modelers https://www.facebook.com/Kingman-RC-...4627105847117/
