Final touches being made! Saturday night dinner booked. Lot of pilots pre-registered already. LOTS of tents ordered. Vendors ready to set up. DreamWorks trailer will be on site!

Glad Dreamworks will be there but I hope they find another place to park the trailer this year. Move it back on the ramp. IMO and others

We love them being there but it's a very tight squeeze especially once the spectators start coming in large numbers.

The deadline to order tents is Sunday, May 15 at 9:00 pm eastern. So if you haven't put in your order, please do so now!

OK, the tent orders are now closed so that we can provide the necessary lead time to our vendor. Of course, you can still register as a pilot at the event up until the last day. We just won't be taking any more tent orders.

We really look forward to seeing everyone. It's shaping up to be another stellar "First in Flight" RC Jet Rally!

Yes it IS!!!!!
Spent most of today setting up the venue for this years event. Tents will be ready for pilots after lunch on Tuesday. Sounds like we have a record number of pilot son the way. Down Town Jimmy Brown rolled in today along with Jersey Sal, Ron" Aint I " Good, and Sir Chuck Smalfus! Expecting a lot of traffic through the gate tomorrow. Just a heads up. All registered pilots will be getting key card passes again this year to operate the main gate.
