I love all modern fighter jets, not a fan of things that were around pre Vietnam. I think the market would love to have much more scale and better flying typical jets as well. I think having true scale of more popular models is more profitable than the specialty jets. I'm not saying don't make those rarely seen jets but don't limit yourself. I know Oli isn't doing the mibo a-10 but this is a perfect example of true scale and design, not much guess work compared to the semi scale Asian arf a-10

Here are a couple of pictures of our new milling Robot.

Siemens operated Kuka KR240 with 3100 mm reach.
2 tons
80 degrees per second on all axis with 240 lbf of torque.
0.08 mm repeatability.
12 kW quadruple bearing spindle.
A beast that can mill plugs at 80 inches per second...

WOW! You guys are really going into this model building thing although I suspect that the UVA business has more to do with it.

Here is a short video of our new Kuka robot machining a fin.

Our latest additions:

A giant Kuka KR500 on a 30 meter precision rail.
Perfect for milling full scale wing molds, spars, rocketry components.



And a large CNC router, with Siemens drives and controller.
5 meters by 3 meters with aluminum and carbon fiber milling capacity in wet phase or vacuum extraction. 30 kW quad bearing spindle...
Usefull to cut our pre-preg UHM carbon fiber plates!!!
