I am sorry to hear that you have had support issues from Europe.
We are committed to our customer satisfaction for the USA market and I guess that there aren't many customers who can complain about my service as well as Woody and Matthew's availability and proficiency.

As a long time dedicated user of the superb Weatronics AND Powerbox systems this is a marriage made in heaven. With the unquestioned technical skills of both companies plus the marketing expertise of Emerich's company, this is headed to be a world leading combination.
Congratulations all round.

David.

I almost pulled the trigger on a Bat system but opted out due to the above issues. I think PB now having a nice radio system to incorporate into their powerbox stuff will make for some awesome items.

From Wea Lounge DE

I also want all announce that already exists in the background the cooperation Powerbox system for some time and we therefore already be in close contact. For the Wea-Lounge is the consequently we the part of the team of Powerbox Systems to Richard and Emmerisch German a common path. The acquisition is a challenge for everyone, but is this an unsuspected in Power Supply and RC-Broadcast Technology Sector Alliance represents the spectrum will assert itself by its innovations. In this sense - --->

Technically Weatronics had not gone under only if after the period of declaring insolvency and not being resolved then there would be an issue

Well either way nobody wants to buy a product when the company is in question of being around to support their product.

This makes me really think of human nature.
Here we have a population of educated and smart people who do not hesitate in sending over 5k USD for over one year into a Ponzy scheme company selling pure junk.

Yet the same population of people fiddles around a 100% German made product that has been around for over 10 year, with proven published reliability database ( unique in the World ) and super advanced firmware/ software.

Weatronic never declared bankruptcy. They had to file insolvency for a few week because the lawyers of the dead owner withdrew capital on the request of the succession process.

You are spot on Oli, I never cease to be amazed at what some guys post on RCU.

I really tired of the muppets who used to have go at me because I was so enthusiastic about the Weatronic concept, of course they were speaking with a data base and experience level of nil or less !

After using Wea since its introduction, both 35, 36 and 2.4 with four Txs and about 15 receivers, tiny to Gizmo, I am utterly convinced of its merits, and I pay for my systems, no freebies.

If I had to fly IN an aeroplane controlled by RC I would want the radio to be Weatronics, can't speak more highly of the system.

This merger offer the amalgamated companies tremendous opportunities, both commercially and technically

....and congratulations on your new plant in Dubai, I wish you every success !

(may come and see it soon !)

David.

I'm guessing your referring to me, I simple stated why I didn't purchase a radio from a company that seemed to have an unsure future, I never said this brand was no good or unreliable, in fact I have always said good things about them. Call me what you will or suggest what you will, but not all of us are rolling in cash and can spend thousands of dollars swapping to a new radio system that may or may not be around, it cost a LOT of money to swap out all these receivers. Not to mention that has limited support here in the states when the majority of the people use futaba, JR and Spectrum. It has nothing to do with people having to send money to buy jets from only a very few companies or anything like that.
Oli anyone reading the thread started by Jetiusa that you yourself commented in would have the same hesitation.

Fender, if you are referring to my post I was certainly NOT referring to you.
However there were few, names withheld to protect them, who couldn't resist taking a facile, personal, dig at my enthusiasm for this system which is based purely on its huge technical merit. Invariably they were people who had absolutely NO experience and very little, if any, knowledge of the system, but were always the sort who HAD to say something even if they had nothing of value to contribute !!

I am convinced that with PowerBox Weatronics' future has never looked better, we just need the gyro programme for the BAT !

David.
