No decals that is all painted on. It has beefy trailing link gear grass should be fine

What servos you JR Spektrum guys planning on using? I have a full set of 8411's but was told maybe the T-One could benefit from a little more torque on the elevators and flaps. 8611A maybe? What are your thoughts

Use your 8411s. This aircraft is a mid sized jet and does not need servo overkill.
You will be perfectly fine.

Although the rudder is setup for a JR8911/8711 size servo.

I love the looks of this jet. To avoid confusion can someone please post a list of the recommended servos for this plane and for what flight surfaces.

Thanks,

Patrick

8411's everywhere other than the rudder where a 8711/8911 fits.

What size are the main wheels? Are brake included with the landing gear and how good are they?

So this is the second thread where the plane was assembled in like a week, and the only mod was to remove a little of the horizontal stab mounting? Is it really that good? I'm getting a little excited for this one. Please post some flight reports if you can.

Maiden went OK messed up and had the cortex on bank 2 so heading hold was on so it was a handful. Next 3 flights went very well! Plane has a super light wing loading.

The residual thrust on the k170 is almost enough to make it fly. So with this turbine its hard to slow down. The climbs are fun though .

Still getting the knife edge trimmed out along with gryo. Will do more flights tomorrow

Barry rang it out yesterday, great flight performance, slow flight was good( light wing loading), take off was short, a little to much power , Kingtech 170 was installed.
All in all , the T-1 jet made a great debute.

Hey Dirk can I purchase this Jet with the landing gear set? and what's the cost without? I have about 3 sets of full retracts stuts and wheel and brakes that could work on this Jet If the gear set is part of the combo.then I will still put one on order.

Thanks

This jet is made by T1 models. Kingtech is the US distributor. First batch is sold out but Dirk is starting to take orders for second batch. After people saw it in the flesh at Kentucky more got ordered here.

Hey Chris got some good reviews from a friend who did some flying for you on the T-One. What did your CG come out to be. Was told it was nose heavy. Just making notes myself for my build. He was very impressed with the jet.

T1 is flying fantastic! It does it all. It will go real fast and real slow! Its the best all around sport jet I have ever flown! we have great 4k video from pat but need to wait for him to upload it.

We are recommending k120 for this plane. We started with the 170 and it was insane. Got a 140 in it now and its still little much power. 120 is going to be the sweet spot.

- Do you have plans for any combo pricing? Engine + Plane?
- Can you post pictures of the Thunderbird scheme?

Thanks!
