I'm hopping on the bandwagon... ;-)

After flying an AD Phoenix for nine years (four airframes) I managed to catch a landing light at Wingham this past weekend. Decided it was finally time to move on to something else. (Still have my Scorpion for those high speed thrills.)

Had a great chat with Dirk Monday and have ordered the orange scheme T-One. What really sold me on this jet was the pre-installed control surface horns. I HATE installing those.

Will be powering it with a BF100 (120 class). Having used Behotec turbines since 2007 (my Phoenix still had the original J66HP) I'm well familiar with the Projet Hornet ECU. And I have the telemetry module for it for the Jeti TX.

Looking forward to getting it in August, and am hoping to have it ready to go for Super Jets South and Best In The West!

Jim at your height you only need to step up onto the band wagon. I see that Honda Scheme in my future, if these things aren't backlogged too far.
I just hope the quality stays up to par and they can crank these model out to keep up with demand!

Any plans for a scale sport type cockpit for this one??

I have a Skymaster Hawk in production but not in hand yet. I'm sure getting an itchy trigger finger for this one though.... I have a HSD Super Viper I've been flying and would love to replace it with this one.

Jetjocchris,

The clear canopy is available for an additional charge. Keep in mind, we are trying to keep the cost down on the T-1 and adding extra's will drive the price up. As for a full cockpit, I will talk to the factory and see if they are interested in building it and making it a add on option. I have had a few customers request the clear canopy as they are going to build a deck and use a Bust pilot.

Regards,

Dirk

Yeah that is a great point and I do love the price. Totally should be an option because the blacked out canopy looks fine as is.. I was just curious. Thanks!!

As i3dm, I am using Savox 1256 servos throughout. The Savox servos although a little noiser than others have been perfectly reliable for me in other jets I have ( Pilot Dolphin, Reaction 54 )
