My pipe is fine, the outer skine is pretty thin so it wrinkles. The inside is good, one ding at the end but I can work that out with some pliers.
If anyone has my black gear door covers I have your red ones
I will make my own as these are not even close to fitting.

T-1 Breaking News!!
Due to the overwhelming demand for the T-1, the factory has informed me that any NEW orders going forward, may have delivery times up to 10-12 weeks. The factory originally allocated us 12 planes the first month and we exceeded that # by 40 units. The last thing we want them to do, is rush orders out trying to keep up and have them lose the High Level of Quality they have been giving us from the first T-1. I have been in touch with most of you that have placed orders and everything is still going forward as planned. If you have an order placed and feel you don't want to wait, please contact me and I will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Sorry for the inconvenience,
Dirk

Progress
Got some progress on the T-one.
Right wing is done short of the gear doors, still seeing what I want to do. The current setup is not usful so one thought is to cut out the wheel well, frame my own and do a two pice full door setup (main strut and inner door).
Kind of like this .
I would make them out of CF or aluminum.
I got the noes gear installed and started to look at the door. My door has a slight twist to it but nothing I can't straiten out once I skin it with 1/64 ply. I am making two or three hinges out of piano hing I have. Might do two air cylinders being the door is so long.
Today is moving day so not much of a building day

Hey Tony, Turbine pipes are very sharp on the edges, so it is common for them to stop just inside the tailcone, about 1/4-1/2 inch or so,
as far as spacing, KT states 20-30mm I myself would probably go with 3/4 -7/8 inch for that 120,, from the end of the turbine exhaust cone to the beginning of the pipe, NOT THE BELLMOUTH of the pipe, but the pipe itself,, I put a quick Reference on Digitals Pic (Hope you don't mind) to help understand, the cone needs to be in side the bellmouth.
Keep on chugging at the jet bubba, It looks fantastic.

It does looks like they ment to make the gear cover longer and should have meet the strut door based on the cut out as the strut door is not as wide as the gear cover. But this still leaves the strut cover short as fare as fastening it. I guess you could just make new gear covers!
