Put the new set of springs on the web site, so that we can buy them for you.

I have a set of springs from Lior, but I am going with the electrics now, so if anyone wants them I paid $30 shipped, how about $25 shipped? just PM me.

Super excited about having electric brakes with the electric gear.

Thanks for the extra miles like always Dirk and T-One!

Don't know, but don't give up. Mine should be shipping soon and I am so excited I can't see straight after seeing a few of these in person.

I was wondering if anyone with the airbeast electric retracts could post a side shot of their nose area with the gear down. Reason: I want to know if it is possible to split the gear door and have the rear door closed with the gear down.

Are the electric gear struts trailing link like the pneumatic gear? On the website the electric gear appear to be straight oleo type but not sure if this is an accurate photo or not.

Thanks, JS

They are strait struts, not trailing link!

+1 I would also get on a list if your not on one. I have been waiting since the end of August. Finally got the call from Dirk that mine is being built. Should be here the end of the month. Although with the factory up and running build time will be cut in half and eventually back to the six week wait. Like everybody that has seen one in person. They are worth the wait!

I am pleased to say that all the paid orders will be completed this month and delivering beginning of April. I know it has been a LONG HARD ROAD and we wanted to say thank you for all of your patience and support. For those of you on the waiting list, I will reach out to you in the order I received the requests to see if you are still interested in purchasing a T-1. I will only contact the # of customers that the factory can build and deliver in that month and continue in this manor until all the customers on the list are satisfied. At that time, I will open the orders on our website on a limited basis, based on the monthly production from the factory. From here forward, we will only take the orders that factory can deliver in the 4-6 week time frame. This process will also be in force for the T-3 & Euro fighter as well.

From The Factory:

The factory has been listening to the concerns of weak springs in the T-1 gear and has sent me a new set of springs to test. We have tested them, they perform excellent, and they will now be incorporated in all the T-1's leaving the factory. We have been holding off delivering some units from last month until the new springs arrived. Those units will be shipped next week. I will also be receiving replacement springs for those of you that REALLY need them. Again, If you REALLY need a new set of springs, send me an email requesting them and I will ship them out as soon as I receive them in.

After speaking to the factory about our electric retracts, they have found a set of electric brakes that they are confident in and all the electric retracts will come with electric brakes as well. The price will remain the same.

That's all for now,

Dirk

They may be the same plane, but they wont be flown the same. Some stay so high its more of an orbit than a pattern! Others will take advantage of the planes capabilities and will find out just what it will do..

Hi All,

Here is the Latest & Greatest info.

I am happy to say, the factory is only 4 x T-1's away from being completely caught up on all the paid back orders after March's production run. Those remaining 4 will be processed in April. That means, I have started to contact the guys on the waiting list in the order I received them. I will only contact the # of guys for the # of T-1's the factory can commit to complete that month, no more, no less. Each month I will get a commitment from the factory and place that many orders. This should give you a 4-6 week, build to ship time frame. The 1 change we are making, is all T-1's will come standard with the larger Split fuel & Smoke tank and the price has increased the $170.00 charge to $2,060.00 (Full Composite Airframe, Air Retracts, Kevlar split tank, Thrust tube, hardware). Before the 1 or 2 of you guys start to complain, we had almost a 90% order rate for the upgraded tanks after I implemented the option, so it only make sense to just include it and have less accounting work for mistakes.

We have also added many more Quality products at Affordable prices to our website. We do have a Custom set of Heavy Duty servo wires cut to length that include the 1-click EDR connectors. ElectroDynamics is making our wire sets for us and they will make the install that much easier with no splices!!

Regards,

Dirk & Barry

Dirk,
Since you are contacting the guys on the wait list does this mean everyone who has paid for their order has been contacted to say that their order is in production?
