Kevlar tank inserts
So this is all new to me, glueing in aluminum inserts into Kevlar fuel tanks.
Also the vent nipples are glued in on the top. I see hysol epoxy being used for this.
Is there a spicific epoxy just for fuel tanks?
And for for the nipples?
Thanks
TB

I've always used hysol for this job, just need to be absolutely sure there's no gaps or air bubbles at all around the joint.
Once it's dry and you've fitted your stopper and clunk, pressurise the tank with air (I go to about 20psi) and submerge it in a bucket of water to make sure there are no leaks.
