I wouldn't ever think that that was the actual shipping cost. Dirk and Barry have proven they just don't work that way. personally I would have waited for a response from Dirk before I got out of shape. Heck he even called me one day, which was totally unexpected, to answer a question on an email I sent. I can't say I have ever been happier with customer service than with theirs.

Desertlakesflying,
I agree with you that Dirk and Barry have always been great to deal with ( Kingtech, my only contact with them). This being new ( to me) and first time ordering a jet from the company, I honestly thought I may have been out of touch with shipping costs of such large planes outside of US. And yes I was disappointed because that cost was going to put its purchase out of my reach, and I wanted someone else to tell me they agreed with me that it sounded absurd , but very well expected it was accurate. I not only emailed in "panic" to Dirk but to local friends to get a consensus and some believed it to be probable, only by the possible fact of shifting numbers around( pay less for jet but make it up in shipping....sounded reasonable) That all being said, Yes, I screwed up, I jumped the gun, I was out of line, and anything else one can think of, but I am not in the habit of deliberately bashing people or companies online. I truly wanted to get answer, thats all. I'm sure many of us have been victims of making purchases in this hobby where we don't get any response, or delayed responses from the manufacturer and feel somewhat helpless, in a very expensive hobby. However, I do agree with you that Dirk and Barry do not fall in that category , as acknowledged by their quick response . Its my unfortunate mistake for being so damn impatient. I apologize to Dirk, Barry , the company , the forum, and the industry. I don't know what else can be done at this point. My original post has been removed.

I think we should get back to the jet! Apologies where made gentlemen

I'm really liking this model, There are so many schemes coming available and the cockpit is so detailed I would hate to put a sub par pilot in it..

If this Euro is anything like my T-1 it will be amazing, Especially for the price..

Marc,

Your apologies have been heard loud and clear and greatly appreciated. This is all water under the bridge and lets move on. I talked to the factory last night and they have a limited supply of Eurofighters built but are finishing up on the extra optional equipment. They will be ready to ship planes shortly after their Holiday break, Feb 7. The planes will be tagged on a first come first serve basis.

Cheers,

Dirk

The factory is still working on standard paint schemes and will hopefully have them to me when they get off Holiday. The Eurofighter is on a limited production line and orders will be processed from a waiting list after the first production run is depleted. When I know the factory can paint and send you your plane in a 4-6 week time frame, we will ask for payment at that time. If you place an order and have your own scheme picked out, and it is not to difficult, we will not charge a custom scheme fee at this time.

Cheers,

Dirk

Sysiek,

I would love to help you out but I have between 150 - 200 jets in a container and sending it to JOK would not be cost effective for us as I don't think we would sell that many planes there and would have to ship them back to California. I am told the shipping for the Rafale is only $450.00 based on the current market and is on our website at that price now. Obviously it is subject to change if the carriers have a price increase but it is not likely.

Regards,

Dirk

The 450 it's not bad for big jet like this one,for some reason and wrong info I was thinking close to a one ,,g,, for shipping ,do you have a info about the more scale version and maybe less colorful paint job rafale ? i never assumed that the container could fit 150 big jets maybe if all the guys paid in front and the sale number will cover the full container of big jets but 150 it's a big number ,please post more info about the more scale rafale and the su35 I'm doing a list of my jets to sale to get one of the new big jet.

Sysiek,

I meant depending on the size boxes is how many planes we can get in a container. The other more important problem is, 1 Manufacturer can not build enough big planes fast enough to fill a container by themselves. We have multiple manufacturers planes in our container.

Aviation Jets at this time is not intending on designing a Scale Rafale. We have many more projects for them on the drawing board. The SU-35 they are currently building is going to be an AWESOME Scale Jet!! Stay tuned to our website as we are always uploading build pictures and show up close details.

Enough said on this issue, lets keep this thread about the Incredible T-ONE Models Euro Fighter. The more pictures they send us, I can't believe how inexpensive it is, SHOCKING!! The attention to detail is not lacking on this plane!! I think T-ONE Models has Babe Ruth working the factory as they just hit another Grand Slam Home Run on this plane!! I will probably have to add this one to my Hanger ;-)

Regards,

Dirk

The cockpit for the T-1 Eurofighter is the best I've ever seen, and it's reasonably price.

David,
I agree 100%. BTW, my order has been placed for Euro and all is good, thanks to Dirk!!! I think you could see this jet showing up at Topgun!!
It looks really nice. Now if I can figure out how to get the gear electric instead of air , that would be awesome.

Have been watching this one at the start of the thread. I have a T-one that I ordered at JOK last year and I love it. Went together well, fit and finish is great, price is right and it flies very well. Dirk was great to deal with. So I will save my pennies for this one.

So, has the model flown and been thoroughly tested?

Whilst it looks great, and the T1 has a good reputation, and I'm very interested, I would love to see some flight reports and video first before placing an order.

A couple of color scheme comments.

1) Please change to a matt finish, not gloss or semi-gloss.
2) Make the radome just plain grey, get rid of the gold tip.

Heres the flight video from Mr Kims Facebook page, not the greatest video, but shows the plane flies and lands well, even with the canopy blown off!

The factory is back from a nice rested holiday and are ready to get back to work. These paint schemes are available now.

These are some Custom paint schemes that are available for an extra charge. You will find these on the website as well. Keep in mind we will still paint easier schemes at no extra charge during this introductory period.

In Fact, today is my birthday and I am in a good mood. These schemes will be no extra charge for the 1st "10" customers that order them!!

Cheers,

Dirk

Default Euro paint schemes

Dirk, Happy Birthday!,

Those schemes are awesome. I was very surprised to see the Bavarian tiger scheme. So You guys can really do that scheme?? That would be awesome and save me a ton of time. I'd love to get an idea of how close color , etc wwould be on the actual model . Any chance of that. That photo is of the actual full scale jet.. I know I said Id take it in the basic white but if it can get done in the copper/orange/black tiger stripes , OH YEAH!!!!
Thx,
Marc
