Newnan Coweta Airport (CCO) and Peachtree City (FFC) are closest and almost equidistant.
Both have full service FBO's. Warm Springs is further and pretty much deserted.

Most stay in hotels very near FFC. Really the nearest civilization.

FFC it is, thanks. Already checked in w/Macon FSS, can use some maintenance while there. Also can pick up Jet A. Only neg is deer incursions.

Mike I pre registered with PayPal but it didn't give me any place to give my info other than my email. I'm don't have the ability to print the form and mail at the moment. Can I just bring the PayPal invoice on my phone to the event? I'm in California for Army stuff and will not be home till the end of the week. Looking forward to the event hoping for some nice wx this year.

I am trying to finish re-fitting an Aurora, everything. It was previously flown but not be me. Thin possibility to make it to the meet. I will not have a chance to fly before I would bring it. I have a AMA waiver since 2007. Is it possible to be able to fly the bird there. I am very open to and would like to have a CD etc make a safety inspection and would not be gripy if we find a no-go problem.
