Well, with 4lbs more thrust i would think it would be pretty substantial.

My flying buddy's have two, one with K60 and the other with a K45. The 60 has better vertical but the 45 flies really smooth, and light. I think last time he was crusing around at 120mph. Not sure on the top speed but I'm guessing 20-30 more on the 60!

Well 120 suits me for a stick warmer TB and I want the quality of short field landings.
Thanks.

The 45oz fuel supply fits the 45 more than the 60. I was getting 5min on my F16 with not much reserve. I'm going to get the version 3 viper and use the 750ml smoke tank for fuel. That would give me 70oz which is perfect for the 60

The super viper ver 3 is the better choice for turbine flying. The F-16 flys ok too but the gear / doors are too complicated and not very durable. The super viper is a better flyer and would be more dependable for an every day jet.

no I just have the F16 just an observation after seeing the viper jets fly at bitw last week. I don't know what version they were but seeing the improvements posted by Dirk it's going to be a good flyer imo

V1 flies great, but needed the upgrades, weak servos! V2 flies as great but built better, can only imagine V3 is going to be way more superior! I'm waiting to see the T-45.

Guys
Are all HSD Viper jets getting the same upgrades from V2 to V3 ? Are all jets the same going to each vendor? It seems that pacific jets can get more paint schemes than other vendors? DOES ANYBODY KNOW? maybe HSD can chime in and let us know.

Gary pretty sure pacifucjets is the only distrubter now. Only V3 is being sold. Other vendors might have v2s left but once they are gone they are gone. Also parts forV1 and 2 will be limited. The V,3 will be fully supported with parts in stock. I think the first container full should be here in a few weeks.

For those of you that pre ordered KingTech EPO Jets, they are built and we are just waiting on the New Decals for the Navy Super Viper. They should be shipped shortly. At this time, the factory will not be taking or processing any more Direct ship orders until they finish our units for the container. I am also told that the servos in both the F-16 & V3 Super Viper have been upgraded once again to a much stronger, smoother & faster servo. They said these new servo's are much better quality and have better performance. I am very impressed with HSD and how they want to make a very high quality product and keep it affordable. I have everyone's emails in the order they came in and you will be notified when the container gets here to finalize your order.

Regards,

Dirk

Should be plenty for you. Pretty sure the first container will have a total of 60 planes.

Bushong572,

We have plenty of everything for you, email me and I will put you on the list of your choice.

Gunradd,

Actually we have 105 units coming in our 1st container. Based on all the emails and the Pre Sold list I have been compiling, we are going to be delayed a few weeks on shipping the container. I have rearranged the quantities of F-16 & Super Viper to include more of the New Navy schemes and Arctic Camo.

Regards,

Dirk

Patrnflyr,

The T-45 is coming along as planned. I am hoping to have it in the next container with the Mirage 2000. We are also working on a bigger variety of color schemes for the Super Viper , F-16 and the T-45. We will make announcements as we get the information from the factory. I was also notified that the factory is making a few more equipment upgrades on the F-16 and Super Viper that will all be installed on my units coming in the container and the units I ordered for Direct shipping.

I think it is awesome that HSD is always trying to improve their products, making changes and taking the EPO jets to a whole new level. They definitely have the right attitude, open to suggestions and checked the Ego's at the door!!

Regards,

Dirk

Anyone have any comments on the durability of gear mounts and other high stress areas? I figure it is more elastic, so it can soak up some abuse, whereas a more rigid airframe might crack, but at the same time foam is not as strong... really interested in the Navy Viper or T-45!

On the super viper the gear mounts go all the way through the wing. The mounting screws are about an inch long!
