Default Waco tx - thanksgiving weekend
Some are getting together Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving in Waco TX for a get together for some flying fun. This is NOT limited to jets. It's fly what you bring.
If things go in the toilet because of weather, will post in here.

I will be there 4 sure, will have the gates open and waitin fellas,, will work on some groceries too, Debbie can make some Chili again, and of course some sweets,

Any takers for the weekend ?? Big pot of chili planned for Friday p.m. !!! The inside word is, there's gonna be some killer sweet stuff too to top off your Thanksgiving !! Hope to see ya'll there..

Just a heads up to all, We had a main water line Elbow break again at the front gate, gonna require a backhoe to get down to it, Meaning the water will be off until we can get someone out there to fix it, not sure if we can get it done before next weekend, so there is a chance the water will be off at the field. If so I have a clean 15gallon potable water tank I will put in the club house with fresh water.


Debbie is making a BIG pot of her Homemade CHILI for Friday evening so don't be shy fellas, she is also making some dessert, just don't know what it is, Gotta show up and find out,,, Gonna be a good time next weekend.

Had a great time despite all the rain, squeezed in one flight Friday late afternoon and a couple fights on Saturday after the rain moved out by noon. Good group of guys and some cool jets burned up the sky's.

Had a great time with good friends. About 16 pilots showed up from the DFW area, Waco and Austin. Had a few rain showers Fri and Sat.
I think everyone was surprised how well the Motion RC foamie F104 flew.
