Trying to figure out if I am doing something wrong, or just have a bad one. I've followed the instructions that I've found on the internet, & programming (as far as LED blinks) goes as advertised, but then it doesn't work. The manual function when it is not powered works fine, so it is not an installation issue. Here is a YouTube link of me trouble shooting:
