Where to find Stanless for turbine pipe
So for 2 different projects I need 3 coustom pipes one for a 105 in ME-163 and F15 twin. I have access to a Tig and I can Tig. But I have been looking all day for Stanless Steal in the .008 thickness. I have looked online everywhere
any ideals?
It seems like it was pretty common to do back in the day.
All i I can find us .024 / 24gauge. Is it 24g to heavy?

If you have any machine shops around servicing the refining/petrochemical industry, they would be a good lead to ask for local supply. That's what the bulk of it is used for these days (I think). Call a steel supply house-or McMaster Carr, like said above. McMaster is usually very competitively priced as this is sort of a commodity.
you can also get a spot welder for pretty cheap from Harbor Freight. They actually work.
