Larry,

2 questions. What is the first day we can arrive for setup? I couldn't remember what the landing fees are. I didn't see them posted anywhere?

I should have my new F-4 and already started filling out the LMA docs. She is going to be over 55lbs.

Hey Jeff FaFa!@!

We should be letting pilots begin set up shortly after lunch on Tuesday. We have to allow the fire marshal to do his walk through inspection prior to allowing occupancy.

Pilot registration is still $65. For that you get Five Days of Flying. An event T-Shirt. And one ticket to the Saturday Night Awards Dinner. And more......

Jeff. I should have mentioned. You can come Monday if you're bringing a camper, motor home or toy hauler. We'll be allowing them to set up a day earlier. You'll also be able to use the big hanger on Tuesday afternoon to assemble models in.

Larry,

thanks for the answer. It's a deal for $65.00 bucks no doubt! I am hoping to show up on Tuesday is earlier enough to set up the camper and build the jets. So Tuesday is good for set up.

If everything lines up, weather and jet final assembly I may come down monday evening to camp.

See you soon.

Start your count down calendars boys,,, Just 3 weeks to go!!!!!!!!
Finishing up final details for another great event. Airport is allowing the tent vendors to start setting up a day earlier than normal. Provided inspections are completed early on Tuesday, we hope to start letting pilots set up earlier than past years.

Food vendors will be located much closer than years past.

No bleachers along main pit area this year, allowing more room for vendors to display models, and pilot parking center taxi way.

More prizes, awards and giveaways than ever!!!!!

Tent rentals still available

.

Larry, how late will we be able to get in to drop a trailer on Tuesday?

Removal of the bleachers is a good idea. With the larger jets, traffic coming and going through that area is very tight at times.

Marty,
We'll probably be there pretty late on Tuesday so getting in shouldn't be a problem. If you need, just give me a call and I'll run over to the airport and open the gate. Well,,,,,, as long as it's not 2:00 AM!!! lol
We'll be providing all pilots a key card for the gate when they register.

One more sleep and we're on our way! (Slowly.)

Truck is all packed with two new jets and all my equipment. Finish loading the camper tomorrow morning. Head two hours down the road for the night, then take the camper in for spring service Thursday. Friday we had to Binghamton, NY for the night, then to Verona VA for two nights. Will be arriving in Wilson Monday afternoon!

See y'all soon!
