My Buddy Terry is flying a Zeal viper, Ill forward this message to him for ya, hes at the coacachella jet event.

I haven't put it on my Xicoy yet will when I get back home I have my Zeal Viper balanced right in front of wing tube ( used ez balancer ) Im just a little nose heavy . Terry

My Comp Arf was balanced on the front edge of the wing tube as recommended in the manual. Pretty easy to do as the kit came with a balance jig. I've moved stuff around over the last 4 seasons and have no idea where the measured balance point is now but plane still flies great so I guess all is well. The manual does say you can move balance point 10-15 mm forward of wing tube if you like a more nose heavy feel.

FYI front of the wing tube is way to nose heavy 86mm to 91 mm in front of the main axle should be ideal

If your already and expert on where the balance point should be why start a thread asking for input?

Greg Alderman (PULSE BATTERIES Helidirect), used Frank Noll to get this one dialed in, Since Frank has a few Viperjets under his belt these two may be worth a call........
