Mc Master Carr is were I buy air and fuel hose.
5648K22 Choose-A-Color Ether-Base Polyurethane
Tubing .066" ID, 1/8" OD, .030" Wall, ($5 for 25 ft)
50315K22 Choose-A-Color Metric Polyurethane
Tubing Ether-Based, 2.4mm ID, 4mm OD, .8mm ($5.25 for 25')
It's cheap enough to keep some of each color on hand... just because you may want green fuel lines.

I use tubing from clippard. As well as their fittings. Great stuff.

This place is awesome for air tubing and air feel valve. I have a tone of the tubing and its cheap. It reminds me DreamWorks tubing and Robart. its $0.60 a foot. I cant find a place to beat it.

Try Clippard products. I bought 50' of 3 separate colors at a most reasonable price.

We are the official Freelin-Wade distributor for RC stuff.
This is the best pneumatic tubing available for our jets. 100% Made in the USA.
We carry all the sizes required for Jets building.
Both for pneumatic and kerosene flow ( 1/8" OD, 3 mm OD, 4 mm OD, 6 mm OD, 8 mm OD, 10 mm OD, 1/8" ID, 3/16" ID, 1/4" ID ).
Awesome stuff, fairly flexible ( much more than Festos ) and resistant to 225 PSI. Almost impossible to pinch.

This is an industrial product that conforms to ISO 14743 and UL94HB.

These guys took over the Ultra Precision product line. I really like the UP tubing. I have also bought in bulk from clippard and it feels and performs as well as the UP

I presume you're referring to brass nipples. Quick touch with the tip of a hot soldering iron. Prevents the chance of breaking off the nipple with pliers, and no risk of scratching with a knife. Only 1/4 in. loss of tubing when you trim it.
