Looking forward to getting it, Kris! I've got this 1/3.65 SM Hawk and the T-3 is going to be darn near as big as it!

Gentlemen,

I have temporarily opened the orders on our website for those that want to jump in and purchase a T-3. I will close it down as soon as I meet the quota for April production. All the paid orders taken now will be built in April and shipped in May. I will not take any orders the factory can not complete and ship in the 4-6 week time frame. All the changes that were recommended to the factory from flying the Prototype have already been completed. Don't miss out on this fantastic flying and affordable Sport Jet, and lets not forget the High Quality Building Techniques by T-One Models!!

T-3 Sport Jet includes:

118" long
103" Wing Span

Full Composite Airframe, Gear, Thrust Tube, Hardware, Split Fuel 7.5L / 1.9Gal and 1.9L/64OZ Kevlar tank.

T-3 $4,195.00
EMS shipping $485.00

Total Price $4,680.00 Shipped to your door.

Cheers,

Dirk

This is the standard Kevlar Split Fuel & Smoke tank, Fittings & Clunks are included. The fuel side is 7.5L or 1.98 Gallons and the smoke side is 1.9L or 50 oz of smoke oil.

Cheers,

Dirk

Any info from Franco on his equipment layout to achieve proper cg? Would be helpful to those of us with a T-3 on order as we consider components to buy.

Does it tend to come out nose or tail heavy (or neutral)?

Thanks, JS

Hello T3Pilots,

there is nearly no more information found about the T3. Are there any pilots still flying this jet and is there any long term experience until now?

85 flights on mine ... 5 today here at Super Jet South jet meet.

Follow the T-3 thread mentioned ... there is info on CG and other items. CG needs to be ~ 355 - 360mm behind LE of wing. Factory numbers are quite nose heavy. If yours is a early version with external flap linkages I would highly recommend that you work with PRCJ to switch to the internal flap linkage setup. Most all of them have the internal flap linkages but mine was a very early one and had external.

Jamie, what is the disadvantage of external linkage of the flaps? Seems to be solid and reliable!
