It looks like Lukie might have been on a gear pass? flaps and gear are deployed. did the hawk run into him?

Mike was flying Luke's plane. It was on final to land and the hawk flew right through him......

Spotters are so crucial in crowded airspace. And the least amount of time should be spent on looking at your airplane. The majority of the time should be spent looking at everyone else flying.

Sorry for the loss for both pilots!

Wow that really sucks for both pilots...

I was standing right there (obviously), saw it coming and couldn't get it out of my mouth before it was over. I couldnt even get the camera up fast enough to catch the impact, it happened in about half a second.

Andy or Barry took these I couldn't remember if who took these or not 2 years ago at Florida jets. Man it was so close. I saw the F-4 coming and so did my spotter. Luckly for both the F4 was beside of me as he over took me. Whew!

Not that I have seen yet, but i know they were working on the details like panel lines and vents and such. I'd ask Dirk on that site if he has any new ones

Matt, Harald Huf's was 1:6.5 coming in @ at 89" span.

According to their website, the CARF is 68" wingspan which comes out to 1:8.5 scale.

Here is a little video. Its flying along with a T1.

Flat out the T3 is the best jet I have ever flown. Love it! K310 is a complete beast and I never went over 70% throttle the entire flight I did with the T3 even in the vertical and takeoff.
