Default advise needed..anyone shoe horned a P80 into a xcalibur

If anyone has , was there any mods that had to be made to the airframe to fit it and acheive balance.
Does it fly and land heavy and fast or does it fly well etc.

I currently have a wren 54 in it but would like more power.

any hints / tips would be great

cheers

Isn't a K120 smaller and lighter than a P80?

I don't know maybe someone can measure the distance between the turbine rails. I have the large one.

I shoehorned a P80 into my Xcalibur, and LOVED IT. what a great combo! im pretty sure im the only one who did it though.

with about 100g of lead in the nose cone, she flew beautifully, fast and powerful!
i have pics in the Xcalibur thread and many videos on my Youtube channel of that bird, link is in my signature.

Here is an example video:

I had a P-60SE and needed more oomph so I put in a Merlin 100XBL, and broke the thermocouple a year later after many flights, sent it for repair and put in a P-100RX. The power of the 100 is great but the balance on a P-80 might be a lot as that was an original 120 case.
