Powerbox Royal RRS with I gyro 3E ????
I'm hoping that someone has figured this out.
I have a Powerbox Royal RRS fed by 2 Futaba 6014 receivers.
The dip switch on the powerbox is set to high voltage to run my HV servos. It is my understanding that the receiver is fed a constant 5 volts.
I put a PowerBox I Gyro 3E between the powerbox and the servos ( ailerons, elevators, rudder, throttle, flaps)
Now my problem begins; when I first powered the system the powerbox screen was bright white where I could not read it. The gyro was working OK.
I read that the system has a direct short from the high voltage to the low voltage side through the gyro. The suggestion is to remove the red wire.
That solved my bright screen problem but now the gyro does not turn ON.
Any ideas?
Thanks again I'm getting there
