Yes, there is an event rate at Baymont Inn. Call their front desk & mention "RT 66 Jets". Holiday Inn Express may offer one also if you mention it's an airport event, but they're more expensive.

Jerry, Im on track to bring plane.. will need to see if I can Hangar it.. looks like Friday afternoon arrival, till sunday. I can tie down outside too but prefer hangar and 100LL. still working on getting an RC there..

Goose, good to hear you'll be on site for the Fri. & Sat. dinners & pilot ceremony. I remember you had to leave early last year. Have lots of goodies for the pilots this year. We can probably work something out with a hangar. 100LL available on site. Toss something in to fly. We can loan you a fire extinguisher, etc., if that would help.

Wow what a great event. Perfect weather, non stop flying and great fellowship.
