Hi
I decided to pull the Jetcat P-60 out of my T-1 Mini last week & replace it with a New Kingtec K-85, Flying off of the Grass , it seems sluggish lifting off & took about 600' of runway .
The vertical was good but not what I was hoping for.
All I can say is that switching engines turned a great jet into a absolutely fantastic Plane.
I use about half the runway , Very solid lifting off , It became a completely different Jet.
To bad I just get it the way I want it & the weather man is predicting snow flurries this coming week.

I will be putting a K85 in mine for grass also. What throws did you use? Do you have it set-up for smoke?

Lior posted throws above. I'm hoping the K70 power and saved weight will equate to same performance as an 85 without the landing gear bruising weight. We have a pretty rough field that we fly off in the winter...
