The Lake County Modelers and Flyers is hosting the Michigan Jet Pilot's Boondoggle August 10 thru 13. Come fly on our beautifully kept 3800' asphalt runway. Use our asphalt ramps in and out of the paved pit areas. Large walled tents for overnight storage. Food and lodging is available within 1 mile. Onsite camping. After hours, RC Car and RC Rock Crawler tracks or maybe a few hours on the turf runways or fiber mat. Pilots dinner. We fly till dark and sometimes after. I attached a flier. Baldwin is located 1 hr. north of Grand Rapids, Michigan. If you have not been here, come see what you are missing. Unlimited open airspace with the sun to your back! This is a really laid back event with lots of flying with fun folks.
