The North East Texas RC Club in Mt.Pleasant, TX will be hosting Texas Jets 2024. May 9th-12th.

If you've been to the facility, you know that it's top tier. If you haven't been we'd love to meet you! We've got plenty of open area and a buttery smooth runway to go along with it.(550ft x 42ft) We've got covered pit areas with electricity along with concessions. Lodging is only a few minutes away from the field. If you're needing fuel, the airport is readily available.

We don't have any RV hookups, but you're more than welcome to bring the bus. If you decide to, please give me a shout in advance to coordinate a parking spot for you. The lake patrol does make their rounds throughout the evening, so if you're feeling uneasy leaving a trailer parked, it will be behind a locked gate - on patrol.

We will have the FRIA exemption due to the event being sanctioned with the AMA. Another thing worth noting is that we will hopefully have an increased ceiling of either 700 or 1200 feet, depending on what the FAA is wanting to give us. Fingers crossed!

As always, we'll have raffle items (some amazing ones to be announced) and awards.

We’re a little over a month away and we’re counting down the days.

We aimed this year to find something enjoyable for all alike “Jet pilots” so this years raffle prize will be an E-Flite Viper Jet with an included battery.

Registration this year will be $40, and as always, concessions will be available on site.

Countdown has begun for Texas Jets 2024!

This year will be the biggest one yet for prizes and we seriously couldn’t have done it without all of our amazing sponsors!

Our raffle prize this year will be the spectacular Horizon Hobby / E-Flite Viper Jet. This unit will be Turnkey. (Battery included) But that’s not just it! We also have a Gift certificate to Jersey Modeler along with a UMX A-10, Twin 40MM F14 Tomcat AND a Twin 40MM SR-71.
