Awesome! Congrats!! Where did you put your batteries? I am using the same engine and have 2 2200 lipos just in front of the front canopy pin and the 3s 2100 ECU all the way up in the nose cone. I have a tray with all of the electronics on it which will make removing the nosecone to get at the ECU battery quite difficult so just wondering how close I will be.

Nice skymaster, Congrats!!

That red looks really nice to!

Can i ask, where did you put the Turbine ECU, i was "fiddling" about with the positioning, due to the lengt of the cables to the engine. what is the sweet spot ..?

And uhh want about the savox stickers, just to "pimp" it?
PNP holds the McGregor servos if i was informed correctly?

Cheers,

Ed

Perfect, thanks! Since I am using smaller batteries hopefully mine will work out being farther forward.

Hi, the ECU is aside of the LG control Unit, below the tray on the picture it's covered by the servo cables wich will go shorter when I install a couple Multiplex 8 pin conectors..
As per the Servos, yes they are McGregor's just dont have any sticker from them, with the Savöx graffics it looks cool IMO

Thanks for the additional pictures. What is the reason for the blocks under the turbine mounting tabs. With my pipe against the top of the fuse at the tail end, my turbine appears to be centered in the pipe. Did I miss something?

I made a driver like that using a carbon tube in between the two ends.

Sorry did not mean it that way. I needed it for my Grumania F-100. Loved that plane, lost to a motor fire.

Are you planning to unbolt the nose for transportation reasons?

Hi Tumbler,

Euh, these are to throw in the bin

These u can use to swap out with the 90 degree one for the fuel line on the engine itself if you would like that, or if that would benefit fuel line routing.

Cheers,

Ed

Nice!! Love how it looks from that angle. I went back-and-forth trying to decide whether to go with a pilot or not and ultimately decided to tint the canopy. For $50 I can always get a new one if I change my mind. :-) Planning to fly her Today after work.
