Default K45 turpoprop

Well now that Kingtech have brought our there K-45 turboprop I wonder if Skymaster will bring out a smaller version of the PC-21. I think this would be perfect for this engine. You could have a plane that’s easily handled by one person, and fits nicely in the trailer.
Anyone else thinks this would be good or am I just hopefull.

Not Skymaster, but the ESM PC-21 fitted with a Wren 44 might fit your request. Composite fuse, built up film/fabric covered wings.
It is about 2m which is not that bad to transport.

Thank you. I knew about the ESM. I know someone who is fitting a turbo prop to a ESM PC-21. However I was more hoping wondering if Skymaster will bring a smaller version out.

Have you seen the JMB PC21 made by kingtech France? Fully built up for the k45. Interested but shipping over the pond worries me.

What size Ramoser prop/blades are you running? What type of spinner?
I didn't think the Ramoser prop was approved for use on a turboprop engine. I had sent a question to Ramoser to confirm and never got a response.

Another K45 designed turboprop airframe option is the Skysun Hobbies Muses airframe

here is the part list i used :

1 51216 16D 5-Blatt-Einstellnabe-16D - 12.0 Millimeter 75.00

1 99999 16D Distanzbuchse Aluminium - Da= 12mm, Di= 10 und 8mm 7.50

1 S5104-16 16D Alu-Leichtspinner-16D, PC21 11000 Gewinde M4 118.00

10 462-16 16D CFK-Rotorblatt – D - 7800 18.2" 462mm 68.00

2 16800 16D Kragenspinner-16D - Innengew. M8-M4 15.00

i ordered 10 blades just in case ;-)
you set the pitch to 20-20,5 inch , comes with a little tool.
i used to fly the kingtech with the 3blade 22x12 (stock)

you WILL have : more torque , more end speed(plane not revs) cooler temps on the turbine (60 degrees difference)
and very quiet!
so its worth the investment , and the scale look
yes it is expensive at first look , but the blades are cheap!
and the CNC work is one of the best i ever have seen , the spinner is the cherry on the cake.

Dont,s : DO NOT use this prop if you dont have a slim nose , this prop is designed to work from the root of the blade.
so if you have a Engine cover thatis bigger then the spinner it wont work to good.
all in all perfect for anything that is designed around a scale TP model

and yes Ramoser is very german ! so dont expect the perfect answer in english.
just do the order online with those part numbers , you will get after a few days a answer with the invoice.
tell him its for a kingtech K-45 turboprop .
he also has NO online payment system

No Muses, gave up on that
JMB PC21 instead. Electron retracts, electric brakes, shipping direct from JMB via air freight (don't ask how much for shipping!)
Just waiting for final invoice

It seems Skymaster, and most other manufacturers, is only interested in making bigger and bigger airframes. I hope this trend ends soon. I have the vehicle to haul big planes and still don't want to deal with them!
