I am using safari 11.0.2 and most of the time I cannot enlarge a picture when I click on it. This has been happening for a while. Every once and a while one will enlarge

Just checked and both Chrome and Safari are working for me.

If the problems persist can you PM me with full details of the system you use and the precise symptoms and I will forward the info to the techs.

I have the same problem and can't se photo's on my Mac when I click on them on this site. Bizarrely very occasionally I can see them but might try and click on the same photo later and it doesn't work again. Seems very odd!

Not only on iOS.
I'm Windows 10 on a PC, go to open a picture and you get only a long skinny blur. Open each photo in its own tab and good to go.....but a royal pain in the *****.
My iPad is the same ...... conclusion via the process of elimination ..... it's RCU.

Two issues reported here.

1. The OP shows a displayed version of RCU that I have not ever seen. I can't reproduce that image, and I am strongly leaning toward "user side" on that one. Clear your cache, etc. and try again. Also make sure you're not using an old http bookmark.

2. The "photos won't open" issue I do see on Safari on my iPhone, not on Chrome or FF on desktop. I will report the mobile issue to tech and see what they can do.

FYI, the following info is always good to provide when you report an issue:

Your device type
Your browser
Are you using the mobile skin or the full desktop site
Did you clear your cache

Once in the bleu moon I do get that number 1 line, I think its because my wifi get saturated......at least thats what I taught, I usually just reload the page and all is good....the photos are 100% of the time.

iMac 4K High Sierra, Safari
iPad Pro IOS11, Safari (Full desktop)
Cache clear on Auto
