I cannot log in. Maybe we need to sign up again - means my saved cart is probably lost.

I just tried and cannot login either. I had an account with Dreamworks and I have three JetCat engines that came from John and were registered. I thought Dreamworks was supposed to get all that information from John when they got the JetCat distributorship, but I cannot login to that website either.

I liked the old site better. Easier to navigate and you could see right away if item was in stock. I go there for the service so i will get use to it and continue to shop at dreamworks.

Gotta agree about the stock status on the old list view, now you have to click on the item to see the if it's in stock.

Just have to get used to new site. +1 on unable to login. Says invalid password each time. Hopefully will get sorted out soon. Still love DW service and support.

And when you pick pick a category or description get rid of the category stuff on the top of next page that comes up.. And do away withe that 9 items per page... Show all the items without changing pages. 30 is not enough... Show all !!!

I myself had no problems with the old site on several different platforms. I will always be a customer but after reading the login message im not real happy. I will get over it. Guess they had a valid reason to make the change.

I saw that too... BUT, When you try to create new account, It says that Email already exist, and you can't get in or reset password.... My shopping cart was full of crap and if and when I get signed in I got to start all over... And I can't find anything on the site to refill it... This is not too good of a situation at this point.

I seem to have reached a little farther than previous posts: I got the site to tell me that while my email address was already being used, if I was sure this was my email address then I could ‘click here’ and they would send me an email with a link to reset my password... I am currently awaiting this email for about 15 minutes already!

I believe the DMP phones may be a tad busy come Monday morning!!!

Its now been an hour since I posted and still no email asinstructed and the old email of course won’t logon.

I had problems with this last week. Fortunately the old site briefly popped up and I managed to order my saved cart before it disappeared. I did email them but didnít receive a reply which is unusual (but this could have been due to them seeing my order go through).

I canít see the login page at all on my mobile device.

Is DW under new management?
A friend told me that Linda has left and there is a new person running the shop now. Not sure if true. Hopefully they will continue the great service as before.

Hello All,

Just some information about DW. As you can see yes there is a new website as our old site was no longer supported by credit merchant etc and was very old and needed to be updated. We had to rush this new site a little due to the payment issues of the old site and because of this we will be working day and night to get these issues resolved.

As for management as we all know of course things have change since DW lost our great founder but is still currently going under his wife Lisa Witkoff. DW is going through some transitions with employees etc and all I can say is that Lisa is doing and will do what she believes is what is best for the company, which will be best for the customer.

Linda is currently no longer with the company and that’s all I can expand on this topic. We do have a few new employees and we are hoping to move forward and have that great team that will benefit the company and as always provide great customer service.

Currently we have Hyia and Mei along with Chris. I have been helping as well.

We we hope that you can bare with us as we get this new site on par but for sure will be much better in our opinion.

Thank you all.
