Hey guys, another great RT66 Jets. Got lots or flying in Thursday and Friday before Mother Nature took over.
Thanks to Jerry and Ron for a great event. Thanks to Jim and the Litchfield airport for having us. Also a special thanks to Keith Yates and his wife for feeding us under less than perfect conditions.
And to Louis (and Dorothy) for your inspirational talk to over 300 local school kids. Those kids are our future and you make a difference!
Ready to sign up for year 14!

Thank you Mark. The turbine oil will go to good use as I transition from edf to the darkside . Also wanted to give a huge thanks to Keith Yates for that fantastic BBQ meal on Friday.

Default Middle School Field Trip

A huge THANK YOU to Lewis Patton for his three hours of educational enlightenment and introduction to jet modeling for the local middle school & home school students. Each class was bussed to the flying field separately in groups of over 100 each. Plus, more than 20 home schooled students also attended, for a total attendance of approximately 350 students.

I am missing a charger that I used at Route 66 Jets like the one in the photo. The missing one has a balance board plugged in with a 2s lead (with a female JR style fitting) plugged onto the balance board. I was in the center section of the large white tent between the Tulsa boys and the gentleman from Arizona. I know all these look alike so I would appreciate it if you would check your inventory of chargers to see if an extra one has turned up.

Hey Steve,
I checked with my other two Tulsa buddies and none of us have any extra chargers.
Hope you find your charger

Ken, No biggie. It's not that big a loss. Just thought since so many of them are in use and they are identical that it might have hitched a ride. I'm kinda moving away from using that kind of charger on my A123s anyway. I practically emptied out my van looking for it. But, thanks for checking for me.
