Hector
Hector the white/Back connector goes into the gear channel, the red/Blk is to power the retracts. You can plug it in to an open channel or use a separate battery.

The retracts work great I would suggest a different strut that can handle a larger nose wheel.

Joe, this is what Greg said:

I don’t think the leg will attach to the HSD retract mech...so probably would have to get the entire nose gear assembly...would also probably suggest purchasing the Electron RB45 Controller also as the HSD may burn the Electron gear motor up.

Joe The way I see this, if you can swing the $ for the electron....just get those and be done with it....

I also know that if I ever loose that airframe I will be able to get all the parts required to fix the Retract or sell the thing because it worth something.....

I agree with above. It's hard to swallow the cost of electrons especially if they cost more then the air-frame in this particular model. Having said this, over the years of flying jets I have learned that most of the maintenance/grief/repair time goes on the gear/retracts and gear doors. My time is worth more then spending time constantly repairing/adjusting or messing with the gear. This is my opinion only and has worked for me over the years.

There are not very many left as of now ... I checked with Greg and there are 2 green, 1 red, and 4 purple. The website shows the blue/orange scheme and the Navy military scheme as preorder, but they are not available right now even as preorder (he is getting this changed). The SAB factory, which makes them, has shut down production for the foreseeable future because they are backed up with the new Kraken helicopters and the new SAB Avio jets. Hopefully in the future they will start production up again!

HeliDirect does have some Viper 250s--the larger version of the 140--in stock in the Fly Navy and Eagle schemes.

Has anyone flown this with a K30? Just wondered if it would be enough or does it need at least a 45?

Interesting question. I think its similar to the Avanti where the decreased weight between the turbine and needing less fuel it would fly as good and lighter than mine with the 45. I'd be curious for sure.

With the 30 you probably also don’t need a dual wall pipe...

You don't need a dual wall pipe on the 45, been flying it probably 100 flights now with the single wall turbine conversion kit pipe and tank.

How's the Schubeler? Which motor, 12s? Is it quick? Sorry for the questions, but I really want to stay electric and this setup is on my short list.

Well at least we don’t have Hurricane going through......every fall.....Eh!

Weather in most country’s is very different and far from being normal...no fall...lots of snow....and no spring to speak of...but being retired make out for all this since I don’t really have to go out everyday 😂 Hum hum...

He's headed down here next weekend for Memorial Day and right now it looks to be pretty good weather! I'll be sure to get some photos and possibly a video or two.

Can’t wait to fly mine, it’s been years since I had anything small to throw in the car and go fly.
