For those that want to come early to the SW. You can come as early as you want. The field will be open all week prior to the event. I'll be Saturday or Sunday for the duration. What day depends on when the Garrett Arms bed and breakfast gets there.
Speaking of breakfast, (glad you asked) Breakfast will be served at the field Friday and Saturday. Free for all pilots and their quests. It will consist of eggs, bacon, sausage (all Keto friendly) and pancakes (not so Keto friendly). Starbucks coffee MAY be served if Buck makes it on time.
No to go plates for breakfast, you must show up to get served, Debbie Sherrow, Do you hear me.
Breakfast prepared by Dawn and Bob-O

Carlos
I stay in a RV at the field. There a plenty of hotels within 6 miles of the flying site. Contact the CD, Dawn for the event. She is a travel agent and has her own business. Her contact info listed on the flyer above or I can get you list of the hotels. I might add that Dawn is a long time jet pilot that is also a turbine flyer.
If I can be of assistance in anyway, you can also contact me, 512-680-2509 or email at [email protected]

Come join us and spend the week. Steven and I will arrive on Saturday August 31st and be there the entire week.
The field is fantastic with lots of covered pit area, electricity for charging, and plenty of room.
You will be able to meet most of the Texas, Mississippi, and Louisiana jet guys
Let me know if you need anything
