I have asked an owner who he likes his, and he said they fly great, and I dont doubt it.

Problem is that FEJ can't make reliable landing gears. They are a pain to make them work, and keep working. They are just poorly designed.

I'd stay away from it. You'll pbly grow frustrated and end up reslling at a bigger loss. But if you don't mind a challenge and the price is right, why not?

Yeah gear is rough, went electric on mine to get it working properly. It was the 1/6 scale version but flew great.

The ones I have seen they fly great. There is a modification in the market for the nose gear steering which works perfect and cost around 300-400euro and does the job.
If the price is right and the info gathered from asking around is satis I personally would go for it.

I x-rayed the stabs on one years ago. I didn’t like what I saw.

When I cut into the stab mount area in the fuse, I saw almost no glue. I could not continue on with the build of that jet.

Sad really.

I have one FEJ F16 4,6 and it flies perfect.
I have modified nose gear. I have removed hydraulic steering and I have installed a servo. You need to buy a modification kit.
Kit is available from GM Jets in USA.
if yoy search 'GM Jets' on Facebook you will find him
If you need any other info please send me an email to [email protected]
