F-111 for DF and turbines Or a Saber liner, F-102, 105, the japan T-2 would be cool. or the navy t-2buckeye.. how about a beachJet T-1? Mig 21,31,25,.The list can go on and on.Arfs are nice but i rather build.from kit..that why you know how things are put together.. to me there seams to ba alot of the same stuff over and over and not in just jets...

I want a 3 meter Saab Wiggen, whith at least 25 kg thrust, or a same size Saab Gripen[8D]
Su-35 is not a bad choise either.[8D]
I think there is a major market for this big models, much bigger than the manufacturers have foreseen.
I know about the Liebetrau F-5, and the AMT F-16, but do anyone know some other atractive, or unusual model in this size/category?
I guess I have to wait for Harald`s Flanker project.. If it ever will be released[:-]

Ok- On the A-4 Scooter Johnny ! Needs to be large enough so it goes straight down the runway . I've done my share of wing tip grinding on the Yellow A-4's .

The A-4 sold by Century Jets is about 85 inch long fuse, not sure of span.

ORIGINAL: Doug Cronkhite

Knights of the Air used to make one YEARS ago. I've always liked the airplane being that I'm a huge Blue Angels nut.

I had one Doug! It was a terrible kit. Not very accurate.

I like the F11 because it would be a nice simple scale ship but it could also pose as a sport jet. Look at the lines. Kinda looks like a JMP Starfire but with nice intakes. There are some nice paint schemes as well including the Blue Angles. Come on kit makers, take a look at it!!!! After a couple of years to develop a kit I can guarantee you'll sell at least one to me.

Bob,

Give Larry Wolfe at JHH a call. I think he will have some news regarding an F11 that should bring a smile to your face...

I saw the original D/F B-58 ( that Butch and the rest of them built ) fly. It was the most impressive flight of a model airplane that I have ever seen. The only thing that could top it would be the sound of 4 turbines.

SWEEEEET!

Do you have the retracts yet? Who's making them? I saw a nose gear unit for one at Waco, several months ago, and it is definitely unigue.

Good luck with it.

My buddy Eddie is doing a BIG sport jet. he will have it at Fentress. Maybe he will post some pics of it. Its about 100 long with a 80 or so span. The F-20 comes to mind when you first see it.

Just so long as it's the long nose version. The original short nose F-11 was really ugly.

Who is going to make my F11 Tiger kit !!!!!!
Well, here's a start, Bob: There's a set of plans for the old Berkeley "Tiger" F11F kit on eBay!! The Tiger would be a nice addition - my favorite still remains the Cougar.
As fun as they are, if I have to endure another "flying wing" sport jet coming on to the scene I think I will puke.

Hey mike,

You would not believe the amount of reference material I already have for the F11. Trouble is the little extra work it takes going from reference to flying model.
