Hey Guys a month or so ago I saw that someone sold a set of F16XL wing cores.What I need is root rib and so on so I can have a set of foam cores made for a AD F16.If someone can help email me or call me at 407-654-1133 anytime.Thanks a bunch Paul Hopkins

I built one 10 years ago on the Byron F16 fuselage. There was an article in either Flying Models or MAN on how to do this. I cut the cores. The cores were flat on the bottom. It has to fly with up elevator and ailerons! Fun flier....

I have been thinking about the construction article. I think it was in Flying Models in the 80s. The author was Ivan Munninghoff(I know I misspelled his name- sorry!). Try giving Frank Fanelli at Flying Models a call.

Watch the flying setup. I had to use alot of up elevator since the wing needs alot of reflex!

I know this is a old thread but what ever happend?

I have a set of planes from Ivan and a Byron F16 that is very over weight due to turbine convershion that could really use the extra wing area.

I cant find any one who makes the cores.

Wow I thought Paul Hopkins was back, what a great old school builder and painter.

I am using the wings and flaps from that bandit shown in the picture. Combined with the fin and stabs from another bandit and a new fuse!
